Preorders are charged when the order is placed. Books will be shipped as soon as they become available. If the expected shipping date changes substantially, we will provide an update.
A preorder or other unshipped order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a return.
If you wish to return a book, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Books must be returned in resaleable condition. The purchase price of the book will be refunded once the return is received. Original shipping and handling charges and return postage are not refundable unless the book was damaged in shipment or we made an error in filling the order. Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
If your book arrives damaged, or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us with a brief description and, if possible, a photograph of the damage. We will replace the book or provide a full refund, including the applicable shipping charge. We will not normally require a damaged book to be returned.
